Welcome to the 2026 Guelph Ringette Tournament! Let's help get your team's hotel rooms booked!

Booking hotel rooms for your team happens in two steps:

1. A single person on your team, like a coach or manager, will choose a hotel and block / hold enough rooms at that hotel for the entire team to use. This is referred to as your "Team Block", and will have a limited amount of time available before it is released back to the hotel. So once you have your Team Block(s), we can help you share those details with your team to complete their Reservations.
• To ensure fairness to all incoming teams, please limit each team to selecting only one hotel. If a team is undecided on which hotel to choose, we ask that they either hold off or temporarily reserve just one block while they finalize their decision. Any duplicate blocks may be released.
2. Once your team has at least one active Team Block, the rest of the members of the team will book their Reservations on their own, taking advantage of the rates and room options available within that Team Block.

It's important to note that with the two steps above there will be different links to use depending on whether you're the person getting the Team Block or if you're the person making a Reservation within the team block. You, or the individual responsible for getting your Team Block, needs to use the following link to view the current inventory of available hotels and then choose which one(s) to hold for the rest of the team:

The tournament organizers have worked with our hotels to ensure that all teams get the best group rates possible, and part of this is because we are reducing the administrative effort needed by each hotel. Therefore, please don't contact any of the hotels directly for questions about reservations or room inventory - instead just reach out to bookings@sportsheadz.com for assistance.
